Green Team Monthly Meeting

Who’s ready to compost, garden, and re-home items you’ve outgrown?  Join us where we will share ideas for greening our amazing campuses, set goals and explore volunteer opportunities!  

This year the Green Team plans to:

-Surpass the 8,000 lbs (that’s 4 tons!) of food waste collected last year by our incredible lunchtime volunteers in our school-wide composting program.  

-Support SMS gardening initiatives including a plan for pollinator and rain gardens.

-Expand our SMS-only Buy Nothing Group.

-Host special activities like a mend cafe, campus clean ups, and clothing swaps.
